The data seems to be at a baud rate of exactly 3Mbit/s, sticking with HCI standards, meaning it's 8N1 (8 data bits, No parity, 1 stop bit). You can clearly see the UART HCI receiving/transmitting data when you analyze the traffic on the RX and TX pins (See testpoints). On the DS4 circuit itself is a Qualcomm Atheros AR3002 module and the UART pins have test points.
